Engineering / Technician

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a technician or engineer in hotel/property maintenance.
2. Proven experience in property maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive care.
3. Technical expertise in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), HVAC systems, and pool maintenance.
4. Strong safety awareness, problem-solving skills, and readiness for flexible shift schedules.
5. Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
6. Guest-oriented, results-driven, with strong integrity and teamwork capabilities.
