Resort Manager

Requirements :

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within luxury boutique resorts.
2. Strong background and hands-on experience in Banquet & Event management.
3. Exceptional leadership, operational oversight, financial acumen, and P&L management skills.
4. Fluent in English with outstanding interpersonal and guest-relation capabilities.
5. Proven experience in a similar role within a resort, hotel, or corporate hospitality setup[.
6. Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
7. Guest-oriented, results-driven, with strong integrity and teamwork capabilities.
